Refunds & Exchanges

  • Tickets to GJFF events are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange except in limited circumstances. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else by sharing the QR code.
  • In the rare event that a screening must be postponed due to weather or technical issues, ticket holders who contact us prior to our next screening will be eligible to exchange their ticket for a future screening if they cannot attend on the rescheduled date.
