For Tickets

  • All tickets must be purchased in advance.
  • Have your tickets ready. We are scanning the QR code which is on your confirmation email.
  • Take a screenshot of the QR code to speed your way through to the theater.
  • If you need help, please visit our Will Call desk inside the theater lobby at the time of the event.
  • Friends of the Festival and Sponsor tickets will be available at Will Call inside the theater lobby.

  • If you’ve purchased a student ticket, please be prepared to show your student ID.
  • Must be a full-time student enrolled in a private or public school, ages 13 and up with a valid student ID. 

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Tickets to GJFF events are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange except in limited circumstances. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else by sharing the QR code.
  • In the rare event that a screening must be postponed due to weather or technical issues, ticket holders who contact us prior to our next screening will be eligible to exchange their ticket for a future screening if they cannot attend on the rescheduled date.
