All tickets must be purchased in advance.

If you need help, please visit our Will Call desk inside the theater lobby at the time of the event.

Must be a full-time student enrolled in a private or public school, ages 13 and up with a valid student ID.

Refunds & Exchanges

Tickets to GJFF events are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange except in limited circumstances. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else by sharing the QR code.
In the rare event that a screening must be postponed due to weather or technical issues, ticket holders who contact us prior to our next screening will be eligible to exchange their ticket for a future screening if they cannot attend on the rescheduled date.
