Refunds & Exchanges

Tickets to GJFF events are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange except in limited circumstances. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else by sharing the QR code.
In the rare event that a screening must be postponed due to weather or technical issues, ticket holders who contact us prior to our next screening will be eligible to exchange their ticket for a future screening if they cannot attend on the rescheduled date.
