Thank you for your support of the Greenville Jewish Film Festival!
For Tickets
- Have your tickets ready. We are scanning the QR code which is on your confirmation email.
- Take a screenshot of the QR code to speed your way through to the theater.
- If you need help, please visit our Will Call desk inside the theater lobby at the time of the event.
- Friends of the Festival and Sponsor tickets will be available at Will Call inside the theater lobby.
For Student Tickets
- Email [email protected] for student code.
- If you’ve purchased a student ticket, please be prepared to show your student ID.
- Must be a full-time student enrolled in a private or public school, ages 13 and up with a valid student ID.
Refunds & Exchanges
See you at the movies!!
- Tickets to GJFF events are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange except in limited circumstances. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else by sharing the QR code.
In the rare event that a screening must be postponed due to weather or technical issues, ticket holders who contact us prior to our next screening will be eligible to exchange their ticket for a future screening if they cannot attend on the rescheduled date.
